Hi, I'm Hedvika!
I’m a yoga and mindful meditation teacher in Berlin 🧘🏻.
I offer small group classes & private Restorative yoga sessions.
As a teacher, I’m dedicated to meeting you where you are, as you are, and encourage you to cultivate a kind and gentle attitude to your body.
I love to challenge you as well, mentally and physically!
In my movement classes, mindfulness and fascia work are at the core of my teaching. My classes are designed in a functional way: to provide you with maximum support for everything you do off the mat.
In my private restorative sessions, I help you develop a deeply connected and nurturing relationship with yourself so that you can build thriving relationships with others from a place that feels authentic to you.
